According to the Twitter account for the Al-Baraka jihadists, which published this picture on June 16, 2014, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants executed Iraqi soldiers near the Iraqi-Syrian border. This image could have been manipulated. The date and time of the scene cannot be independently verified.

This image, pulled from a video published on YouTube in February 2014, purportedly shows ISIL militants executing a group of Iraqi soldiers somewhere in Anbar province.
